K Deep Cut is a small publication about Korean drama, film, music and the industry around them. We write for readers outside Korea who follow K-culture through headlines and keep running into things that do not quite make sense — an agency system that works differently, a variety show everyone references, a word that gets translated but not explained.
We publish fewer, longer pieces rather than a feed. Each one answers a single question a reader actually has, and lists where every fact came from.
How we choose and check stories is written down on the method page.

Corrections and tips are welcome. We publish corrections rather than quietly editing. Write to hello@kdeepcut.com — we read everything, and a correction that lands will be credited at the foot of the piece.
